Welcome to GurkhaStack. By engaging our software development, website design, or digital marketing services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Scope of Work & Proposal Approval

All custom software and web development projects proceed based on agreed project milestones documented in signed project proposals.

2. Intellectual Property Ownership

Upon full payment of project milestone invoices, all custom source code, design assets, and database schemas created specifically for the client belong 100% to the client.
